The Community Foundation of Herkimer and Oneida Counties has established the Thomas M. Lindsey Memorial Fund. Lindsey Memorial Fund 413 Oriskany Street Utica, NY 13502 Each year, the fund will give money to a local nonprofit organization. Monies will be raised through several fundraisers and collected donations.
